WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

We tailor the program to your specific lawn and budget, but a Gold Standard program typically includes:

Scheduled Mowing & Edging

We set the frequency based on the season.

  • Summer: Weekly or Fortnightly (max) to keep up with growth.

  • Winter: Every 3-4 weeks to keep it tidy and remove leaves.

  • Standard: Commercial rotary mowers with catching.

  • Premium: Cylinder mowing (for that bowling green stripe) if the lawn is level enough.

Weed & Pest Control

  • Pre-emergents: We spray a barrier in late winter to stop winter weeds and crabgrass from sprouting.

  • Selective Spraying: We treat broadleaf weeds (clover, bindii) with specialised herbicides that kill the weed but are safe for Buffalo/Kikuyu.

  • Pest Watch: Monitoring for Armyworm, Black Beetle, and mites.

Nutrient Management

4-6 scheduled visits per year for granular fertilising, liquid soil amendments (seaweed/humic acid), and wetting agents. We ensure the soil chemistry is balanced.

Reticulation Checks

Every visit, we are looking at the lawn. If we see a dry patch, we check the sprinkler. If a head is broken, we fix it (or notify you). This prevents small issues becoming dead patches.

OUR COMMUNICATION

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. We work on a rolling agreement. You stay with us because the lawn looks great, not because you signed a piece of paper. You can pause or cancel with notice.

Can I include gardening too?

Yes. We can add hedge trimming, bed weeding, and general tidy-ups to the package for a complete "Garden Care" solution.

How do I pay?

Most clients prefer a set monthly direct debit (smoothing the cost over the year) or pay-on-invoice per visit.
