These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Master Grass website and any information, content, or services made available through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its normal operation or restrict others from using it. Rights and responsibilities under Australian privacy and related legal frameworks sit alongside general obligations to handle information and services properly.
You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use the website to send harmful, misleading, or unlawful material. General legal responsibilities continue to apply to online conduct and business operations.
Information on this website
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Australian legal obligations can apply to how organisations manage information, but website users should still make their own enquiries before relying on service descriptions or general content.
Content on this website is provided as general information only and does not amount to professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. The OAIC’s guidance on rights and responsibilities reflects that organisations have obligations in handling information, but this does not turn general website content into formal advice.
Quotes and service information
Any quote request submitted through our website does not create a binding agreement. A binding agreement is usually formed only when we confirm the scope of work, pricing, and booking details directly with you. This reflects standard business practice and is consistent with the broader legal framework under which organisations manage their services and communications.
Service descriptions on the website are intended as general guides only. Actual service availability, timing, materials, inclusions, and suitability may vary depending on the site, access, weather, and project requirements. Reasonable handling of information and communication obligations remain important under Australian law, but practical service outcomes still depend on site-specific factors.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, logos, layout, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The Master Grass. Australian law protects business content and branding, and website users do not gain ownership rights by accessing the site.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Legal rights and responsibilities continue to apply to the use of business materials and information online.
Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services for your convenience. The APP framework requires transparency in handling information, but third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site. Responsibility for handling information generally rests with the entity collecting or using it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Master Grass is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Australian law recognises that legal obligations may limit how far liability can be excluded, so this clause applies only to the extent permitted.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful code. Reasonable steps can be taken to manage systems and information, but no website can promise absolute security or uninterrupted performance.
Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. The Australian Privacy Principles require clear and up-to-date privacy handling practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website, which supports transparent communication of current business practices.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles form part of the broader Australian legal framework relevant to information handling.

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, reliable, or suitable for your circumstances.
Website content, service descriptions, and general guidance are not a substitute for direct advice or a site-specific assessment. Many landscaping and lawn care outcomes depend on property conditions, access, materials, timing, weather, and maintenance practices.
Any reliance you place on information from this website is at your own risk. Reasonable handling of information is required under Australian law, but general website content should still be checked against your own project needs.
This website may include links to external websites or third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.
To the extent permitted by law, The Master Grass excludes liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Australian law may limit the extent to which liability can be excluded, so this statement applies only to the extent permitted.
If you need advice about your property, project scope, or service suitability, contact us directly so we can assess your site and provide information based on your actual requirements. Clear and direct communication supports the open and transparent handling of information expected under Australian privacy law

Generally, yes. We recommend keeping pets off the lawn while we apply and until the product is watered in and the grass is dry (usually 24 hours). This prevents them tracking granules into the house or eating them.
Yes. We will usually ask you to run your retic after we visit. This activates the granules and washes any dust off the leaf to prevent burn.
It could be pH. If the soil is too acidic or alkaline, the chemical lock-up prevents the roots absorbing nutrients. We can test your soil pH and apply lime or soil wetters to fix the chemistry.

We operate from Dunsborough and work across the South West—Busselton through to Margaret River, including Yallingup and Cowaramup. If you're outside that core (Dunsborough East, Siesta Park, Metricup), send your location and we'll check the drive.
